Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Sofia Group Ltd., in partnership with Tierra Productions OÜ (together, "Tierra", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the mobile games we publish, including Nebula Catch and any other game we release now or in the future (the "Games"). By downloading, installing, or playing any of the Games, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy applies to all Games published under the Tierra name across the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and any other platform we distribute on. Each Game shares this same Privacy Policy, so it applies to new titles automatically as they are released, without a separate policy needing to be written for each one.

1. Information We Collect

The Games do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask you for your name, email address, or other directly identifying information to play.

We do, however, automatically collect certain technical and usage information when you play, including:

Device information, such as device model, operating system and version, and language settings.

Advertising and analytics identifiers, such as your device's advertising ID.

Gameplay and usage data, such as session length, levels played, in-game events, and general interaction with the Games.

Crash and performance diagnostics, such as crash logs and error reports.

If a Game integrates platform services such as Apple Game Center or Google Play Games (for example, for achievements or leaderboards), gameplay data may also be collected and processed by those platforms in accordance with their own privacy policies.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

Operate, maintain, and improve the Games.

Understand how the Games are played so we can fix bugs and design better gameplay.

Display advertising within the Games.

Detect, diagnose, and fix crashes and technical issues.

Comply with legal obligations where applicable.

3. Third-Party Services

We use third-party service providers to help us operate the Games, including:

Analytics providers, such as Google Analytics/Firebase, to help us understand how the Games are used.

Advertising networks, such as AdMob, to deliver in-game advertising, which may use advertising identifiers to show ads that are more relevant to you.

Crash reporting and diagnostics tools, such as Firebase Crashlytics, to help us identify and fix technical problems.

These third parties may collect and process information directly in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Advertising and Your Choices

Advertising networks used in the Games may use advertising identifiers to personalize the ads you see.

You can limit this:

On iOS: Through Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, or by responding to the App Tracking Transparency prompt.

On Android: Through Settings > Google > Ads, where you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads.

Limiting ad tracking does not stop ads from being shown, but it does limit how they are personalized.

5. Children's Privacy

The Games are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details below.

6. Data Retention

We retain the information described in this Privacy Policy for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, or as required by law.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we process from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International Data Transfers

Tierra Productions OÜ is based in Estonia and Sofia Group Ltd. is based in the United Kingdom.

Information we collect may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than your own, including countries that may have different data protection laws. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your information under applicable law, such as the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or, if you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

These rights may include:

The right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information.

The right to object to or restrict certain processing.

The right to data portability.

Because the Games do not require an account and we do not collect directly identifying information, we may not be able to identify you from the technical data described above, which may limit our ability to act on some requests.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as we release new Games or update our practices.

Changes will be posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent revision.

Continued use of the Games after changes take effect means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.

11. Contact Us

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or our data practices, please contact us at [privacy@tierra.dev](mailto:privacy@tierra.dev) / your preferred contact email.
