Messaging was overly technical, making it difficult for non-specialist stakeholders—investors, media, policymakers to quickly grasp Loft’s unique value. Loft’s expanding portfolio (physical missions, virtual missions, on-demand missions) needed clearer articulation. - Global stakeholders, partners, and investors amplified by visibility at Davos—expected a polished, unified brand voice.
