Since 2022, we have been working closely with OpenBlend to help them continue to disrupt the HR talent management software market by leveraging their software's unique approach of encouraging employees and managers to book and have 1:1s using their coaching-led discussion system.
Though on OpenBlend performance, wellbeing, and work-life balance can easily be recorded and discussed, we helped expand their feature set by conceiving of, structuring, designing, and building two new modules - "Develop" and "Lightbulb" - both oriented towards up-skilling managers and employees. The two modules gained the company over £100k+ in new revenue, and is now being loved by OpenBlend's many popular clients.
Visionary, CEO, and Founder of OpenBlend Anna Rasmussen has also tasked us to upgrade the platform in their UX and UI, with a Phase 1 in 2023 that resulted in a 200%+ engagement hike, and a Phase 2 in 2024 that will elevate their UI/UX to industry standard, with the launch being supplementing with a flexible and more effective notifications strategy to supercharge usage and effectiveness of the tool.
