Frontier A.I Powered Technology
The club contacted us to build an A.I powered web-app podcast player that would help them achieve accessibility certifications for "The Official Manchester United Podcast".
We integrated a transcript generation API that fed into a custom web app podcast player. The podcast player knew when each word was spoken, and would animate them in bold at the moment that they would be spoken. This technology was ahead of its time in the podcasting industry, creating a unique experience for the club's listeners and preceding what would become an industry-standard experience in globally established tools like Spotify and Apple Podcasts.
We also built an editor for Manchester United that allowed their staff to edit and publish the transcripts. Our editor was a powerful suite, allowing the club to adjust word spelling and add non-transcript sections and sentences in between spoken sections.

Result
The lure of the innovative podcast playing experience resulted in thousands of listens via the platform. The podcast received over 2.3k+ ratings on Apple Podcasts and Spotify, averaging 4.8–4.9 stars per episode.
The hard-of-hearing community particularly appraised the club for their efforts, and showed huge appreciation for the custom podcast player that we built for them.
